摘要
通过试验解决了陶瓷表面镀镍技术问题,采用这一技术,不导电陶瓷刀具切削温度可以使用刀-屑热电偶法进行实测。为研究该类刀具的磨损机理和正确使用这类刀具提供了依据。同时对晶须增韧陶瓷刀具在不同速度下切削航空镍基合金GH761时的切削温度进行了测量。
The technical problem of plating nickel on ceramic surface has been solved by tests. Using this technique, the cutting temperatures of non-conductive ceramic tools can be actually measured by tool-chip thermal-couple method. It provides the foundation for stu ding wear mechanisms of this kind of tools and using them correctly. The temperatures of whisker ceramic tool JX-1 when machining air-nickel based alloy GH761 at a range of speeds were measured.
