摘要
实验在模拟8000m高度减压缺氧7h的条件下,观察了急性缺氧小鼠心肌细胞色素氧化酶与琥珀酸脱氢酶活力的变化,以及青兰和复方党参对酶活力变化的影响。结果表明:缺氧组的两种酶活力水平均较常压组呈现减低(细胞色素氧化酶)或非常显著减低(琥珀酸脱氢酶)的变化,青兰和复方党参组较缺氧组均表现有防止酶活力减低的作用。
he effects of Qing Lan(QL)and compound Dangshen(DS)on theactivities of cytochrome Oxidase and Succinic dehydrogenase in myocardiumin mice have been investigated during acute exposure to a simulated altitude(8000m 7h).The results showed that the activity of succinc dehydrogenasein QL and DS groups have a tendency to incrcuse as compared to hypoxiccontrol group(48.60± 5.93 and 49.12±6.90V5 44.11 ± 7.76) and keep the samelevel as compared to non-hypoxic control group,The activity of succinicdehydrogenase in hypoxic control group is much lower than that in non-hypoxic group(P<0.01) and the activity of cytochrome oxidase has no si-gnificant change among the 4 groups.These results implicated that QL andDS might play an important role in protecting cellular respiration of myo-cardium during acute hypoxia.
