摘要
根据腐败菌不适应酸性环境的特点,在防腐底物中添加适量的碳源及防腐菌,使之迅速繁殖、产酸、降低pH,抑制腐败菌的生长繁殖,进而达到防腐之目的。试验证明,当pH值降到4.0以下时即可达防腐效果。
Since the biological preservative bacteria need lower pH for growth, We added carbon source and preservative bacteria to improve the environment. Then we examined the pH at diffrent time. when PH<4. 0, the presvervative bacteria obtained.
