摘要
把轮齿啮合接触分析、三维弹性接触有限元分析、有限元前后处理技术及计算机图形显示等最新数值方法结合起来,采用降低内存要求、减少CPU时间的改进方法,编写出自动化、模块化、通用化的齿轮传动三维接触数值分析软件,并成功地应用于斜齿轮和准双曲面齿轮,求得了许多用解析法和实验方法所无法求得的结果,这些分析结果已为密栅云纹试验、啮合轮齿的三维光弹性试验结果所证实。
An improved method of incremental finite element 3-D contact analysis via mixed formula is Presented. This method can solve the stiffness equation 4 times as fast as the current method and is used to obtain the contact Pressure, the load distribution etc.in meshing gear teeth of bevel gear and spiral and hypoid gear. The Pre-Ptocessing and Post-Processing technique in finite element analysis are for the first time applied to set up the computa tional model for gear tooth stress analysis,At last moire method and Photoelastic experimental method have been used to show the validity of the Procedure as mentioned above.
