摘要
本文报道了湖南龙王江含砷金矿石的细菌预氧化─—氰化提金的渗滤柱浸的实验结果。在摇床实验基础上,模拟渗滤堆浸,进行了9kg矿石/柱的渗滤柱浸试验。考察了矿石粒度、渗滤方式及细菌活性对渗滤柱浸的影响。实验结果表明,细菌对该含砷金矿的氧化有一定选择性,当脱砷率为38.4%时氰化浸金率可达66.8%,脱砷率进一步提高对氰化浸金效果的影响不明显。
The biooxidation and cyanidation of Long-wang jiang arsenic-bearing gold ore in percolation columns was studied in this paper.Based on the experiments of rotary shaker,the percolation leaching of this ore in the scale of 9 kg ore/column was conducted.The influence of panical sizes,percolation ways and the activities of bacteria on the percolation leaching process were investigated.The experimental results indicated that the biooxidation of Long-wang-jiang arsenic-bearing gold ore was carried out selectively.66.8% of gold were extracted in the cyanidation process when 38.4% of arsenic were removed by bacteria,while further increase of arsenic removal had little effeet on the cyanidation pro-cess.
