摘要
本文从理论上分析了齿轮联轴节对中不良对转子振动的影响，得到了一些新的齿轮联轴节对中不良的振动诊断信息，使对中不良引起的转于振动极易与其他转子故障振动区别开来。现场实际机组的振动分析与理论分析能很好地吻合。
The effect of misalisned gear couplings on rotor vibration was analysed in theory.and new information of vibration diagnosis of misaligned gear couplings was obtained.the rotor vibration induced by misalignment could be easilydistinguished from fault vibration of rotors. The vibrationanalysis in situ coincides with theoretical analysis.
