固-固相变贮热的研究(Ⅱ)──三羟甲基乙烷-新戊二醇二元系 被引量:7

摘要 用DSC(差示扫描量热法)研究三羟甲基乙烷CH3—C(CH2OH)3(PG)和新成二醇(CH3)2C(CH2OH)2(NPG)二元系的混合物的贮热性能.结果表明,对于PG浓度为40%~50%,大多数物质有唯一的明显峰出现;对于混合物PG/NPG和中间浓度,峰是宽广的.对于低温转变△H值仅依赖于PG/NPG中NPG的浓度.将二种多元醇混合时,转变温度降低,这表明:三羟甲基乙烷CH3—C(CH2OH)3(PG),新戊二醇(CH3)2C(CH2OH)2(NPG)和它们的混合物,适用于低温(40~90℃)贮热. This paper introduces that DSC methods were used to study binary system mixtures PG/NPG of the behavior for thermal energy storage. The solid statephase transformations in these hydrocarbon molecular crytals absorb large amountsof heat. Trimethylol ethane [CH_3-C (CH_2OH )_3], neopentyl glycol [(CH_3 )_2C(CH_2OH)_2] and their mixtures make them suitable for heat energy storage at relatively low temperatures (40~90℃ ).The study of the mixture PG/NPG shows by DSC analysis that for concentrations far from the central area (40%~ 50%) only the peak of the majority substance appears. For the miXture PG/NPG and intermediate concentrations the peakis wide and can be attributted to the superposition of the peaks of two original components. The △H value of the transition for NPG depend on the concentration inPG/NPG. The diminution of the transition temperatures when we mix these polyols increases the possibilities of their applicability for solar energy storage. Certainly, these materials have potential for use in composite building materials as heatstorage media.
