摘要
对茶树叶片ＤＮＡ的提取、纯化与检测的方法进行了研究．对茶树叶片ＤＮＡ在提取过程中含色素太高等技术难题进行了处理，确定了聚乙烯吡咯烷酮（ＰＶＰ）在茶树叶片ＤＮＡ提取中的效用及应用方法，摸索出了一套较好的茶树叶片ＤＮＡ提取流程．
The study shows the methods of extraction,purification and examination oftea leaf DNA. It has sowed the problem of high pigment in tea leaf DNA extraction and someother technical problems,and defined the effectiveness of PVP in the extraction of tea leafDNA and the methods of using it.
