摘要
本实验采用枸杞、肉苁蓉、制首乌、女贞子、龙齿等药制成的更年平调液胃饲更年期大白鼠。分设更年期组、更年平调液组、更年康组、乙烯雌酚组、青年对照组。检测各组大白鼠Ｅ２、ＬＨ、ＦＳＨ水平，光镜观察卵巢、肾上腺皮质形态改变为指标，观察更年平调液的疗效，结果更年平调液组能提高更年期鼠Ｅ２水平（Ｐ＜０．０１），降低ＬＨ（Ｐ＜０．０５）及ＦＳＨ水平；改善卵巢肾上腺皮质的形态和功能。
The present experiment used wolfberry fruit, desertliving cistanche, fleece-flower root,glossy privet fruit,and dragon's teeth to compose Gengnianpingtiao liquid and feed the liquid to climacteric rats.The animals were divided into climacteric rats group,Gengnianpingtiao liquid group,Gengniankang group,diethylstilbestroli group and adolescent control group.In each group the levels of estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle-stimulation hormone(FSH)were tested,and morphology of ovary and adrenal cortex were also studied.The experimental data showed that the liquid could increase the level of E2 (P<0.01),decrease the level of LH(P<0.05)and FSH,improve the morphology and function of ovary and adrenal contex.Our study provided some experimental supporting for the liquid to protect human climacterium.
