摘要
间尼索地平和尼索地平１ｍｇ／ｋｇ和３ｍｇ／ｋｇ单次灌胃或反下注射，均可显著降低自发性高血压大鼠的血压，在用药后最初几小时可见心率加快．两药降压程度相似．且作用持久，均可维持２４小时。每天灌胃１次，连续给药１４天，在用药期间，间尼索地平和尼索地平１ｍｇ／ｋｇ和３ｍｇ／ｋｇ，使大鼠血压一直维持在较低水平，但停药后血压恢复较快，间尼索地平维持降压作用时间略长于尼索地平，长期给药对心率影响不明显．
The antihypertensive effects of m-Nisodipine(m-Nis)and Nisodipine(Nis)at the doses of ling/kg and 3mg/kg by single intragastric(g)or subcutaneousinjection on spontaneously hypertenslve rats(SHR) were studied.Both m-Nis and Nissignificantly depressed the blood pressure(BP) of SHR.The fall in BP was accompanied bytransient increase of heart rates(HR) in first few hours after drugs administration.Thedegree of hypotensive effects of both drugs was similar and the hypotensive effects lasted for24 hours. In chronic antihypertensive experiment, m-Nis and Nis ling/kg and 3mg/kg(ig,qd ×14d)made the BP persisting in a lower and stable state during the period of treatmentfrom d2 (Nis) and d4(m-Nis)respectively after withdrawal. There were no obvious effectsto HR during the chronic treatment with both drugs.
