摘要
分别以泥浆或压裂液为工作介质,在滑动或冲击滑动的条件下,对混炼型聚氨酯橡胶HS85A和浇注型聚氨酯橡胶HS85A,HS95A三种材料进行了磨耗试验。结果表明,选用硬度为84~93度(邵尔A型)的浇注型聚氨酯橡胶作活塞材料较为适宜;在选取阀橡胶材料时,尽可能避免选用混炼型聚氨酯橡胶。温度对聚氨酯橡胶的磨耗影响很大,要加强缸套、活塞的冷却。
The abrasion tests of mixing polyurethane rubber HS85A and castable polyurethane rubbers HS85A and HS95A were carried out using slurry and fracturing fluid as working fluids,in the conditions of slidiong or impact sliding.The results showed that the castable polyurethane rubber with shore hardness 84~93A was suitable for the piston and valve material in petroleum drill pump.The abrasion was affected by the temperature,the cooling of bush and piston should be noticed.
