摘要
研究了新显色剂2-(5-溴-吡啶偶氮)-5-〔(N,N-二羧甲基)氨基〕苯酚(简称5-Br-PAD-CAP分光光度法测定痕量锌的最适条件,在pH9.2时,试剂和配合物的最大吸收波长分别为458.4nm和564.2nm,配合物的摩尔吸光系数为1.1×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),属高灵敏度显色剂,若以六偏磷酸钠作掩蔽剂,本方法可用于自来水和鸡蛋中痕量锌的测定,结果与AAS一致。
The color reaction of 2-(5-bromo-2-pyridylazo)-5-C(N ,N-dicarboxymethyl) amino] phenol (5-Br-PADCAP) with zinc (II) has been investigated,and optimun conditions for the reaction have been obtained. At pH 9. 2,the maximum absorption wavelengths of reagent and complex are 458.4nm and 564. 2nm, respectively. The apparent molar absorption coefficient is 1.1×105L.mol-1.cm-1. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-12ug/25ml for Zn(II). In case sodium hexametaphosphate is used as masking agent, this method can be used to determine trace Zn(II) in tapwater and egg. The analytical results favorably agree with that obtained by AAS.
