摘要
对自制的１０种耐磨焊条进行了硬度和磨粒磨损试验。并对硬度较高耐磨性较差和硬度相对较低而耐磨性较好的两种堆焊焊条进行了扫描电镜观察和ｘ射线结构分析，查明了某些元素和化合物对焊条耐磨性的影响。
In this paper the hardness and grit wearing tests were conducted for ten kinds of hardfacing electrons produced by the author.Two of them,one produces a harder but low wearability weld bead and another one does a softer but higher wearability bead,were re-searched using scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction analysis,and the effect of some elements and compounds on the wearability of electrons were found out.
