摘要
α_１抗胰蛋白酶（α_１＝ａｎｔｉｔｒｙｐｓｉｎ，α_１＝ＡＴ）是人体血浆中主要的蛋白酶抑制剂。它的表型具有广泛的多态性。应用等电聚焦电泳技术对６５９名汉族大学生个体血清α_１抗胰蛋白酶进行了表型检测，并计算了受检群体的α_１－ＡＴ各等位基因频率。在本群体中共发现了７种１４例α_１抗胰蛋白酶变异型个体。
The α1-antitrypsin is a major serine proteinase inhibitor in human body.There is an extensive polymorphism in its phenotype. Serum samples from 659 students of Han nationality in Harbin region were detected by isoelectric focusing electrophoresis,14 variants of α1-antitrypsin were found among them,and allelic frequencies of α1-antitrypsin in the detected population was calculated.
