摘要
种植在新平整的瘦瘠赤红壤上的菠萝,在秋冬季干旱田间条件下,菠萝植株出现缺硼症状时,进行采样分析和观测。结果表明:菠萝缺硼,氨基酸受到影响,叶绿体超微结构发生变化,叶绿素含量低,从而降低光合作用能力。
Under field drought condition in autumn and winter seasons,the symptom of boron deficiency appeared in the leaves of pineapple plants which were planted in newly cultivated poor latentic soil. The pineapple plant was sampled and analysed for boron. contents.the results indicated that,deficiencies of the boron influenced the synthesis of amino acid to a large extent,the chloroplast ultrastructure developed unhealthy,the content of chlorophyll was lower,as compared with those of normal plants,and photosynthetic capacity decreased significantly.
