摘要
从理论上分析了复合轴控制系统的稳定性、快速性和跟踪精度,提出了提高子、主系统的带宽比对复合轴系统的重要意义。同时,本文设计了一个一维复合轴控制系统,对复合轴系统进行了实验。研究了子轴采样频率、子轴带宽以及子、主系统带宽比和复合轴系统动态跟踪精度的关系。并对于轴的误差进行了分析,得到了子轴误差产生的主要原因。文章最后给出了本文的结论。
The stability,fast response and tracking accuracy of the compound-axis control system are studied in detail in the paper. The bandwidth ratio between subaxis system bandwidth and main-axis bandwidth is proposed. At the same time, an one-dimension compound-axis control system is designed. Based on the system,an experiment has been carried out. The relations among sub-axis sampling frequency and bandwidth,bandwidth ratio and dynamic tracking accuracy are studied respectively. The sub-axis errors have been analysed. The main reasons of causing subaxis errors have been obtained. The results are given in the paper.
