摘要
本文研究了PC/PMMA共混体系的拉伸行为、热行为及形态。结果表明,共混物的拉伸模量、屈服应力随PMMA含量增加略有增大。断裂伸长率及断裂功在PMMA含量低于50%时呈正协同效应,在10~30%处出现极大值。PC/PMMA为两相体系,分散相PMMA的粒径小于2μm,对PC起增韧作用。
Melt blends of polycarbonate(PC)and poly(methyl methacrylate)(PMMA)were prepared by Brabender-like apparatus and examined by tensil test,thermal analysis and morphological analysis respectively.Tensile modulus and yield stress of blends increase with concentration of PMMA. The elongation value at break and the energy at break show significant positive departure while PMMA content is lower than 50% and have a maximum at range of about 20% PMMA content. Blend of PC and PMMA is a system of the presence of two phases.When the diameter of disperse particle (PMMA) is smaller than 2 μm,the toughness of PC is increased by PMMA.
