摘要
用环氧氯丙烷作交联剂,制备了聚乙烯醇亲水凝胶,并用DSC对此种亲水凝胶中水的状态进行了研究。结果表明,这水凝胶中的水大致可分为:71%的自由水,25%的束缚水和4%的非冷冻水。在90℃下,对这种水凝胶干燥处理后,由于PVA链段发生结晶,水凝胶的吸水倍数由26下降至12.4,但凝胶中3种水的相对比例几乎不变。
Poly (vinyl alcohol) hydrogel was prepared by using epichlorohydrin as crosslinking agent.The swelling behaviour and the state of water in the PVA hydrogel were examined. It is found that the degree of swelling decreases from 26 to 18,15,12 and 9 after annealing at 30 ℃, 60 ℃, 90℃ and 120 ℃,respectively.The partial crystalization of the PVA segment in the hydrogel is the essential reason for the decrease of the degree of swelling. Differential scanning calorimetry studies showed that the waters in the non annealed gel can be classified as,71% of free.25%% of bound and 4% of nonfreezing water.These valuse are almost unchanged after annealing.The amount of non-freezing water coresponding to one mole hydroxyl group of PVA is 2.6 mols for the non-annealed gel,and 1.5 mols for the gel annealed at 90℃.
