摘要
杭钢３号高炉在１９９２年５、６月间发生炉缸堆积现象，本文分析了产生沪缸堆积的征兆和原因，认为长期鼓风动能偏低、风量不足是造成炉缸堆积的重要原因之一；小焦的使用量较多，在沪缸工作不十分均匀活跃的情况下也是促使沪缸堆积的重要原因。提出了预防沪缸堆积的措施。
AbstractThe auther analyses the si gns,causes and effective treatments of hearth deposition,which happened in May and June l992 on No. 3 BF.The preventive measures are worked out and their effects are also analysed.Lo ng-terln lower kinetic energy of the air blast and insufficient air flow rate are the major causes of hearth deposition. Excessive fine coke may promote deposi- ting in hearth when hearth works badly.The amount of added fine coke should be strictly con- trolled according to the characteristic of each BF.
