摘要
给10例消化道恶性肿瘤患者服用姬松茸3个月后,观察到:临床症状、体征有所好转;外周血象(血红蛋白、白细胞、血小板)有明显提高;血浆白、球蛋白比保持正常;血清免疫球蛋白(IgG,IgM、IgE)显著提高。说明姬松茸可改善消化道肿瘤患者的临床表现,促进正常造血,增强机体免疫功能。提示姬松茸有较高的药用价值和良好的开发前景。
After 10 patients with gastrointestinal malignancies had taken Agaricus Blazei for three months,it was observed that clinical symptoms were improved, blood (hemoglobin,white cells and platelets)was obviously increased,the rate of albumin and globulin in blood maintained normality, im-munoglobulin(IgG,IgM ,IgE)was eminently increased. The results indicate that Agaricus Blazei can improve clinical symptoms of the patients with gastrointestinal malignancies, promote normal hemopoiesis, enhance the immune function. They suggest that Agaricus Blazei have relatively high pharmaceutical value and better perspective.
