摘要
３０只３５日龄幼猪饲以不同铜水平（４．３６ｐｐｍ，１２５ｐｐｍ，２５０ｐｐｍ）日粮。测定血清中碱性磷酸酶（ＡＫＰ）铜蓝蛋白酶（ＣＰ）及铜铁锌等微量元素的浓度和全血过氧化物酶（ＳＯＤ）的活性和比活性。观察其日增重和饲料转化率。经生统分析，１２５ｐｐｍ高铜组ＳＯＤ的活性和比活性，日增重和饲料转化率均最高，差异显著。
heads of 35 days old wealning pigs were fed with diet of different copper level(4.36ppm,135ppm & 250ppm).Concentrations of serum enzymes(AKP,CP),trace elements (Cu,Fe & Zn ),the activity and specific activity of SOD'were determined,and the daily gain and feed conversion were observed.The results show that the activity and specific act ivity of SOD were the highest in 125ppm copper group,and the pigs in the group also grew the most rapidly and the difference was significant.
