摘要
肾功能衰竭相当于中医关格、隆闭范畴，治疗棘手，死亡率高。肖熙教授认为关格病机为脾肾衰败，湿浊内留；治疗大法为调补脾肾，通泄浊邪，疏达气机，清利活血。在大黄的运用上独具特色。治疗中注重顾护胃气，饮食上强调补血肉有情之品，补药需辨证使用。
The renal failure is similar to Guange(dysuria and constipation with incessant vomiting)or Longbi(uroschesis) in TCM.It is difficult to be cured and the mortality is higher.Prof.Xiao thinks that the pathogenesis is the failure of spleen-kidney and retention of turbid dampness.The principle of treatmrnt such as:regulating and reinforcing spleen and kidney,removing turbid evils,dispersing Qi movement and activating blood circulation, is used.Especially the aplication of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei is distinctive.The consideration of stomach Qi and meat or fish food for regulating and tonifying body are emphasized,while the tonic could only be used based on syndrome differentiation.
