摘要
本文给出了电流模式CCII基本电路模块,讨论了用基本模块实现跳耦CCII滤波器的电路结构和设计方法。该电路具有低灵敏度特性,适于实现全集成连续时间滤波器。
The building blocks of current-mode CC1I are proposed. The leapfrog-type CCII filter structures and their design based on the building blocks are discussed. The filters yield low sensitivities, and they are suitable for fully integrated continuous-time filters.
