摘要
通过对三种不同程度退化草地土壤微生物区系和数量的比较分析研究,结果表明不同程度的退化草地在土壤微生物种类与组成、优势菌群与数量等方面有较大差异,种类与数量有随退化程度增高而减少的趋势;三种退化草地土壤微生物数量以细菌占绝对优势,真菌和放线菌较少,并有明显的垂直分布和季节变动规律。
The soil microorganism numbers and microbiota of three degenerated Rangelands(Kobresia pygmaeameadow,Dasiphora fruticosa shrub and Festuca sinensis rangelands )in Northwest region of Sichuan have beenstudied.The main results were showed as follows:(1)The soil microbiota were obviously varied withrangelands degeneration in slight degradation gradually.The degenerated rangelands,in general,had moresoil microorganism genera and groups than those of the worse ones and they also differed in consistencies ofgenera and even predominant genera or groups。(2)There wete differences in soil microorganism numbersamong those degenerated rangelands.here the slightly degenerated ones commonly showed more numbersthan those of the worse ones.and the numbers always tended to be decreased with rangeland degeneration.(3)The seasonal and vertical distributions of soil microorganism were regular in these three degeneratedrangelands forementioned in the paper.The soil microorganism numbers in vertical distribution were concentrated on soil surface and often reduced with the increasing trends of soil depth.The seasonal dynamics ofdistribution of the microorganism numbers were decreased progresaively in accordance with the seasonalchanges in spring and autumn. The numbers in spring were much more than those in autumn,(4)The bacteria numbers were distributed predominantly in soils of these three degenerated rangelands where they arelocated.but they mainly lack in fungi and actinomycetes numbers generally.
