摘要
近似线性曲柄滑块机构是仪表中常用的传动放大机构,设计时,它的两个主要质量指标──机构的非线性误差和压力角应该满足设计要求。已有的该机构的CAD文献,只能保证非线性误差一个质量指标满足设计要求,而得到的压力角则偏大,不能保证机构有最佳的运动灵活性。本文提出的优化方法,可同时保证机构的非线性误差和压力角两个质量指标均满足设计要求,即使用本方法设计出的机构不但非线性误差最小,而且机构运动灵活性最佳。
Approximate linear slider-crank mechamism is often used as a mechanism for magnifying transmission in instruments. It is necessary that in designing two prima-ry quality indexes-nonlinear error and pressure angle ol mechanism meet the desing requirements. Accoding to the CAD literature of this mechanism, in the past only non-linear error met the design requirement, However, pressure angle was larger then required. With the design introduced, both of the two primary quality indexes-nonlinear error and pressure angle meet the design requirements at the same time with minimum nonlinear error and optimum mobility of the mechanism.
