研究了普通钝绥螨(Amblyseius vulgaris)对朱砂叶螨(Tetranychus cinnabarinus)不同螨态的选择捕食作用、功能反应和数量反应。结果表明,普通钝绥螨喜欢捕食朱砂叶螨的幼螨,对猎物不同螨态的功能反应均表现为Holling Ⅱ型曲线,但其捕食效率因猎物螨态和环境温度不同而有差异。猎物螨的密度对普通钝绥螨的繁殖有明显影响。
The fuctional response and numerical response of Amblyseius vulgaris to its prey Tetranychits cinnabarinus, as well as the food preference of the predator, were studied. The results showed that A. vulgaris preferred larva rather than other stages of T. cinnabarinus. The selection coefficients of A. vulgaris to egg, larva, nymph and adult of T. cinnabarinus were 0.25, 2.06, 1.29 and 0.14, respectively. The functional response of A. vulgaris to different stages of T. cinnabarinus showed fitness to the curve of Holling Ⅱ. The searching efficiency was different when the predator fed on different stages of the prey mite. The numerical response of A. vulgaris to T. cinnabarinus revealed that fecundity of A. vulgaris was significantly affected by the prey's density. When the ratio of predator to prey was 1∶1—2, the oviposition rate of the predator was 0.5 eggs/female/day for a 10-day period, when the ratio was 1∶4, the oviposition rate increased to 1.95 eggs. But if the ratio was 1∶7 or more, the oviposition rate decreased to about 1.7 eggs. This probably resulted fron the fact that the prey's high? density might interfere with the predator's oviposition.
