摘要
本文对21例卵巢妊娠的临床病理资料做回顾性分析。患者平均年龄28.8岁,≤30岁者占71.4%。有停经史者占66.7%。手术所见,左侧卵巢12例,右侧9例,破裂型16例,未破裂型5例。本文主要对卵巢妊娠的临床特征及临床病理诊断进行讨论。
Ovarian pregnancy is rarer.The clinical aud pathological data of 21 cases of ovarian pregnancywere reviewed.The average age ofthese patients was 28.8 years(range22—40 years).The patients of theage≦30 years accounted for 71.4%and the patients with menolipsisfor 66.7%.Of the operative find-ings,the left ovary were involed in12 patients and the right ovary in9patients;16 cases were the rupturetype and 5 cases were the unrup-ture type,In this paper,the clinicalfeatures and the clinicopathologicaldiagnosis of ovarian pregnancy werediscussed.
