摘要
橡胶堆旁承作为机车二系悬挂的弹性元件,已在国内外铁路上得到了广泛的应用。机车设计阶段在进行动力学计算时,要求知道它的横向刚度,以便进行横向稳定性及曲线通过性能的预测,而目前还没有这方面的资料可供应用。本文在对多种机车橡胶堆旁承进行实验室试验的基础上,试图建立一种橡胶堆旁承横向刚度的计算方法,供工厂设计时参考。
Rubber sandwich spring is widely used in the world as an elastic element of secondary suspension on locomotives. Its lateral stiffness is to be known in locomotive design for prediction of the lateral stability and curring performance of the locomotive. Based on laboratory tests of come rubber sandwich springs this paper proposes a calculating method for the lateral stiffness of rubber sandwith spring.
