摘要
血传感染食蟹猴疟原虫的恒河猴,在用青蒿琥酯治疗前和治疗后4h与10h分别以大劣按蚊叮咬吸血.结果治疗前1h按蚊吸血后第13d唾腺子孢子阳性率为2.56%,治疗后4h与10h按蚊吸血后第6~10d蚊胃壁有卵囊形成,但吸血后第11~13d唾腺解剖均未查见子孢子。治疗后受感染猴血内疟原虫无性体比治疗前迅速减少,治疗后10h,未查见裂殖体。结果提示,青蒿琥酯不仅对食蟹猴疟原虫无性体具有明显杀灭作用.而且对配子体蚊体内孢子增殖也具有抑制作用。
Positive rhesus monkey with simian malaria parasites ( Plasmodium cynomolgi) treated with artesunate was bitten by An. dirus 1h before and 4 and 10 h after treatment with the drug. the sporozoite infective rate in salivary glands of mosquitoes fed on positive monkey lh be- fore treatment was 2. 56% at 13th day dissection of mosquitoes the observed result of parasitemia in monkey showed that the parasitemia decreased rapidly after treatment and ten hours later the schizont disappeared in blood of monkey. the results of dissection of mosquitoes showed that 6~ 9th day after blood meal oocytes appeared in the walls of mosquito guts but no sporozoites were found in salivary glands after treatment at 11~13th day dissection after blood meal. It demon- strated that artesunate is not only highly and rapid effective for inhibition of parasitemia, but also for inhibition of sporogonic stages in mosquitoes,
