摘要
墨兰(Cymbidium sinense)叶片具有较高的1,5二磷酸核酮糖羧化酶(RuBPCase)活性,而磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧化酶(PEPCase)和丙酮酸磷酸双激酶(PPDK)的活性都很低。叶片中乙醇酸氧化酶的活性较高,用α-羟基吡啶甲磺酸(α-HPMS)在光下处理叶片使乙醇酸含量显著增加。叶绿素a/b值测定表明,墨兰叶片的叶绿素a/b值基本稳定在2.6—2.7之间。在无CO_2空气中,叶片在光下具有较高的CO_2释放速率。表明墨兰是C_3植物。
The activities of key enzymes in C_4 plants,such as PEP carboxylase and pyruvate phosphate dikinase(PPDK) were very low in Cymbidium sinense,however, the activity of RuBP carboxylase was high. The activity of glycolate oxidase in the leaf was rather high. The glycolate content in the leaf increased when the leaf was treated with α-hydroxypyridyl methyl sulfonate(α-HPMS) under light. The ratio of Chl. a/b was between 2.6--2.7. In CO_2-free air,the CO_2 evolution of the leaf under light was high. All the above mentioned results suggested that Cymbidium sinense is a C_3 species.
