摘要
论述了在体育教学和运动训练中如何运用“条件反射”、“超量恢复”、“间歇训练”、“极点”等生理现象的规律 ,同时论证了正确认识这些规律对提高体育教学。
This paper discusses how to use the laws of physiological phenomena such as conditioned reflex,overload rehabilitation,interval training,the limit etc in sports teaching and training. It also demonstrates that a correct understanding of these laws can promote the quality of teaching and training as well as the level of sports skills.
