摘要
目的 探讨掌指关节内骨折的外固定器治疗方法.方法 采用自行研制的微型外固定器治疗掌指关节内骨折25例/28指.结果 平均固定29天,随访6个月,骨折均愈合,治疗优良率71.5%.结论 微型外固定器治疗掌指关节内骨折操作简便,不破坏骨的生物学特性,维持骨折复位,并易于手指早期功能锻炼等特点.
ve To discuss the treat methods of small external fixation in metacarpophalangeal joint fracture. Methods Since 1992, 25 cases/28 fingers of metacarpophalangeal (MP) joint fracture have been treated with small external fixation (SEF) deviced by self. Results The satisfactroy rate is 71.5% . Conclusion The advantages of SEF compared with other fixation implants include the following: simplicity of the operative procedure, undisturbance of the bone biology and being liable to early exercise.
