摘要
用钴60处理一球悬铃木种子和芽、用秋水仙素处理种子。获得不育的植株,经过9年4代末开花结果,用过氧化物酶同工酶的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析和细胞染色体组型分析,证明不育植株与对照有遗传上的稳定差异。
The Gardening Research Institute of Hefei has obtained a sterile plant of Platanus occidenalis Linn, by treating the seed and bud of the ordinary plant with ^(60)Co and by treating its seed with colchicine.The resultant plant has not bloomed to bear fruit after 4 generations of 9 years. Both the electrophoretic analysis of polypropylene acid amide gel of peroxidase isoenzyme and cell idiogram analysis of the plant show that the sterile plant has stable hereditary differences compared with the ordinary plant which blooms and bears fruit.
