以冷生理盐水作腋路臂丛神经阻滞定位指示的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的 观测冷生理盐水 (NS)对腋路臂丛神经阻滞定位指示作用及其成功率的影响。方法  5 4例手或前臂手术患者按 2∶1的比例随机分为两组 ,A组 36例 ,以 6℃~ 8℃的NS 1~ 2ml作定位指示 ,B组 1 8例 ,用 2 0℃~ 2 5℃NS作对照 ,观察两种指示剂对臂丛神经异感引发率及阻滞成功率的影响。结果 A组神经异感引发率为 1 0 0 % ,B组为 0 ,两组之间有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;A组臂丛神经阻滞成功率为 1 0 0 % ,B组为 77.8% ,两组之间有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 冷NS诱发腋路臂从神经异感 ,便于穿刺针的定位 。 Objective To observe the location indicative effect of cold normal saline (NS) in axillary brachial plexus anesthesia and its influence on blockade success rate.Methods 54 patients undergoing hands or forearm surgery in a ratio of 2∶1 were randomly divided into group A ( n =36, using NS at 6℃~8℃) and group B (control group, n =18, using NS at 20℃~25℃). Then influences of two kinds of indicators on paresthesia induction rate and success rate were measured.Results The induction rate in group A was 100%, but 0 in group B, the difference between two groups being very significant ( P < 0.01 ). The blockade rate in group A was 100%, but 77.8% in group B with the difference between two groups being significant ( P < 0.05 ).Conclusion Cold NS can induce brachial plexus paresthesia, can help needle location and improve successful axillary brachial plexus blockade rate.
