摘要
灰飞虱Laodelphaxstriatellus(Falln)是亚洲稻区的一种重要传毒昆虫。20世纪60年代以来,灰飞虱先后对有机氯、有机磷以及氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂产生了不同程度的抗药性,其抗性机理主要涉及解毒代谢增强和靶标敏感性下降。随着吡虫啉等新型药剂使用面积的扩大,加强抗性监测,制定科学合理的抗性治理策略势在必行。
The small brown planthopper,Laodelphax striatellus Falln,is a serious vector pest of various virus in Asia.It has developed different level of resistance to organochlorine,organophosphorus and carbamate insecticides since 1960s,with the mechanisms mainly involving the enhance of detoxification and decline of target susceptibility.Nowadays,the using of imidacloprid and other novel pesticides expands very rapidly.Therefore,it is urgent for us to strengthen the resistant monitoring and establish the scientific resistance management strategy.
