急性心肌梗死对乙酰胆碱酯酶阳性神经的影响

CHANGES IN INUERVATION OF CARDIAC AChE POSITIVE NERVES IN RAT AFTER ACUTE MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION

摘要 目的研究大鼠实验性心肌梗死后,梗死周围区乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)阳性神经纤维支配的变化。方法制大鼠心肌梗死模型,应用乙酰胆碱酯酶组织化学方法,显示左心室AChE阳性神经纤维,并测定其密度。结果心肌梗死后4天,梗死周围区AChE阳性神经纤维密度为(082±035),与梗死前左心室AChE阳性神经纤维密度(152±015)比较,有极显著差异(P<001)。结论心肌梗死使部分梗死周围区出现去AChE阳性神经支配。 ? Objective To study the changes in the innervation of acetylcholinesterase (AChE) positive nerves in the viable peri infarct area in rats four days aftes myocardial infarction. Methods The left ventricular AChE positive nerves fibers of the rat were shoun by applying enzyme histochemical techniques, and the variation in the density of AChE positive nerves was measured. Results Four days after myocardial infarction, the density of AChE positive nerves in the peri infarct area was (0 82±0 35)%, significantly reduced in comparison with the density (1 52±0 15)% of left ventricular AChE positive nerve fibers before the infarction ( P <0 01). The density of nerve fibers in other areas reinained normal. Conclusion Myocardial infarction can cause the denewation of AChE positive nerves in the peri infarct area.〔
