摘要
制备了ITOMEHPPVAlq3LiFAl光伏(PV)器件。MEHPPV和Alq3分别为电子受体和给体。光谱响应曲线主要和Alq3的吸收光谱相匹配。在功率为05mW·cm2的紫外氙灯照射下电池的短路电流为24μA·cm-2,开路电压为26V,Fill因子为071,电池的能量转换效率达到09%。在直流电的驱动下,器件具有电致发光的特性并且发出明亮的桔红色光,在15V的直流电压驱动下,最大亮度达到了1000cd·cm-2。
An organic photovoltaic (PV) cell, ITO/MEH-PPV/Alq(3)/LiF/Al, was fabricated. The MEH-PPV and Alq(3) are the electron-acceptor and donor in the cell, respectively. The respond region matchs the adsorption of Alq(3) film. Under UV light with 0.5 mW.cm(-2), the cell shows a short-circuit current of 2.4 muA.cm(-2), open-circuit voltage of 2.6 V, a fill factor of 0.71, and a power conversion efficiency of 0.9%. It was found that the PV cell indicates electroluminescence (EL) performance and could emit orange light at DC voltage. The maximum luminance is about 1000 cd.cm(-2) at 15 V.
