摘要
针对在易燃易爆环境下切割容易出现爆炸事故的问题 ,研制出了一种安全切割装置。分析了瓦斯爆炸条件 ,阐述了用磨料水射流进行安全切割装置的工作原理。大量实验表明了该切割装置在瓦斯气体环境下不会发生爆炸现象。
A safe cutting device is designed aiming at cutting metal in inflammable and explosive place. Explosion factors and abrasive water-jet cutting principle of the device are analyzed. Its safety is proved by many experiments cutting steel plate in explosive gas. Its wide application will produce certainly benefit for society and economy.
