摘要
城市适宜度的提出一方面源于目前城市发展存在的各种严重问题;另一方面源于城市居民日益增长的需求目标.其研究角度可归为两类,一类是城市微观地段或城市某个层面的城市适宜度研究;另一类是把城市作为一个复杂的巨系统进行适宜度的分析.为把城市作为一个巨系统,即需在分析城市适宜度的概念、主要内容的基础上,建立城市适宜度的评价指标体系.实证分析选取江苏沿江8市,采用SPSS统计软件中的主成分分析法评价分析城市适宜度.评价总得分依次顺序是南京、苏州、无锡、常州、扬州、镇江、泰州和南通.其中前 4 位都位于长江南岸,其经济基础雄厚、具有较完善的城市综合功能,而江北的扬州、泰州、南通等则相对得分较低,反映了江苏沿江城市适宜度的区域差异和空间特征.
Urban amenity is driven from two sides of forces. The one is the serious problems existing in cities, and the another is the increasing demands of habitants. To sum up, there are mainly two perspectives to analyze urban amenities: the one is from the micro urban places and the another is about the complex macro-urban systems. This paper is carried out from the latter one. Firstly, concept and contents of urban amenities are analyzed. Then, based on this index system of evaluating urban amenities is constructed. While in the case study, the eight cities along the Yangtze River are selected to compare and evaluate their urban amenities by the aid of principle components analysis. The order of aggregate score is Nanjing (0.411), Suzhou(0.368),Wuxi(0.364)Changzhou (0.279), Yangzhou (-0.027), Zhenjiang (-0.336), Taizhou (-0.495 )and Nantong(-0.564).
