摘要
急性有机磷中毒为临床危重症之一 ,现归属急诊医学。能否及时有效地治疗和抢救该类病人 ,涉及问题复杂。其中 ,对各环节的护理是个重点 ,笔者综合国内外相关文献资料和临床实践中的经验 ,就抢救中彻底清除毒物、血流净化、M受体阻断剂和胆碱酯酶复能剂的使用等急救措施的护理 ,进行详细概述。
The organophosphate poisoning was one of severe and risk diseases in clinic as emergency. The diagnosis on time and effective treatment were key points that involve many problems in nursing. This paper had summarized the removing poisoning, purification of blood, M receptor blocker, cholinesterase and reactivating agent in treatment and nursing according to relative materials and experience in clinic as emergency.
