皇竹草KP-AQ法蒸煮性能及反应机理的研究 被引量:8

摘要 利用正交实验法提出皇竹草KP AQ适宜蒸煮条件 ,并在该条件下研究了其蒸煮反应历程 ,对蒸煮纤维分离点作了探索。研究结果表明 ,皇竹草KP AQ较佳蒸煮工艺条件为 :用碱量 1 7% (Na2 O计 ) ,硫化度 1 5% ,液比 1∶4 ,AQ用量 0 0 8% ,最高温度 1 6 0℃ ,保温 30min ,细浆得率 51 2 6 % ,卡伯值 1 0 7;KP AQ蒸煮脱木素具有阶段性 ,大量脱木素阶段为升温至 1 0 5℃ ,脱除木素约 6 8 0 3% (对原料中总木素 ) ,补充脱木素阶段为 1 0 5℃至 1 6 0℃ ,保温约 1 0min ,脱除木素 2 7 35% ,残余脱木素阶段为在 1 6 0℃下保温 1 0~ 70min ,脱除木素为1 4 8% ;蒸煮纤维分离点在总蒸煮时间 1 2 0min、蒸煮温度约 1 6 0℃左右 ,粗浆得率 53 2 % ,细浆卡伯值 1 5 8,浆中总木素 2 80 % ,总木素脱除率 93 5% ;碳水化合物、灰分和碱耗等变化具有禾草类相似的规律。 The characteristics and mechanism of alkaline cooking of Hybrid Giant Napier were studied. Firstly, sulfate-anthraquinone (KP-AQ) and soda-AQ (AP-AQ) cooking conditions were tested. Next, the optimum cooking conditions of KP-AQ were put forward by orthogonal experiment. Finally, the reaction course and the deliberation point in KP-AQ process were studied under the selected conditions. The results indicated that: the KP-AQ is better than the AP-AQ for Hybrid Giant Napier, the optimum cooking conditions with KP-AQ are as follows: total active alkaline charge 17% (Na2O), sulfidity 15%, AQ charge 0.08%, liquor to o.d. chips ratio 4:1, and the temperature raising from 30°C to 85°C in 30 min, retention for 30 min at 85°C, further rising from 85°C to the maximum 160°C in 60 min and retention for 30 min at 160°C. The screened pulp yield is 51.26% and kappa number 10.66. The delignification course can be divided into three stages, i.e., the bulk delignification from 30°C to 105°C with 68.03% delignification ratio (on the raw material), the complementary delignification from 105°C to 160°C and also at 160°C for 10 min with 27.35% delignification rate, and the residual delignification for another 70 min at 160°C with only 1.48% delignification rate. The deliberation point is at about 155°C. The coarse pulp yield is about 53.85% (screened pulp yield 53.31%), kappa number 15.82 and total delignification ratio 92.4%; and the change patterns of the contents of carbohydrate and ash and alkaline consumption in the cooking are similar to other graminaceous plants.
