摘要
目的 提高腹部超声对肾上腺肿瘤诊断的准确性。方法 对照分析57例肾上腺肿瘤的超声检查和手术病理结果。结果 57例患者中超声未显示肿瘤的为5例(8.8%),超声显示肿瘤的为52例(91.2%);超声的定位诊断符合率为89.5%(51/57),定性诊断 合率为73.7%(42/57)。结论 超声检查是肾上腺肿瘤定位诊断的首选可靠方法,并对定性诊断有一定的帮助。
Objective To improve the accuracy of ultrasonography(US) in the diagnosis of adrenal tumor. Methods 57 patients with adrenal tumor were examined by US and subsequently proved by surgery and pathological examination. Results In the 57 cases, 5 could not be confirmed by US (8.8%), and 52 were confirmed (91.2%). The rate of correct location was 89.5% (51/57). And the rate of correct qualitative diagnosis was 73.7% (42/57). Conclusion US is a reliable examination for locating adrenal tumor and is also helpful in the qualitative diagnosis.
