摘要
在人造板生产过程中,板材的剖面密度分布直接影响板材的物理力学性能,同时也关系到企业的生产成本,因此准确地测量并分析板材的剖面密度分布,进而调整各项工艺参数,是企业提高产品质量、降低生产成本的重要方法。
Since the profile density of a board will directly affect its physical and mechanical (performances) as well as the total production cost for a wood-based panel factory, an accurate (measurement) of profile density is necessary to make products with higher quality and lower cost. (Technical) factors that may cause ill-proportioned density distribution in boards were analyzed. The authors (also) made some suggestions on how to adjust technical parameters based on the test results.
