摘要
采用单因子多水平的试验设计法研究5个日粮蛋氨酸水平(0.25%~1.04%)对人工感染(前、后)3×104的肉仔鸡血糖值变化的影响。结果表明:人工感染柔嫩艾美耳球虫前,当日粮蛋氨酸高水平(1.04%)时,鸡血糖显著地低于0.45%组(P<0.05),其余各组间无显著性差异(P>0.05);感染后鸡的血糖值均高于感染前,但组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。
The research was conducted by a single factor to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation with 5 levels of methionine (0.25%~1.04%) and orally inoculated with 3×10\+4 E.tenella eggs respetively on the value of blood sugar of broiler chickens. The results showed that before inoculated the value of blood sugar of broiler chickens of dietary with high methionine (1.04%) was lower than the value of recommendation (P<0.05), between groups were no significant (P>0.05). Before inoculated the value of blood sugar of broiler chickens was higher than after inoculated, but was no significant (P>0.05).
