摘要
根据我国科技原创力发展的实际状况,给出了在我国进行科技原创力评价的基本原则。基于构建的科技原创力评价指标体系,介绍了系统综合评价的具体方法及步骤,从而可用于不同区域间科技原创力的横向比较。
According to the development actuality of science and technology original innovation power in China, this paper firstly discusses the fundamental principles for evaluating science and technology original innovation power in China. Based on the evaluation index system of science and technology original innovation power, the authors give the detailed method of evaluating science and technology original innovation power. In this method, we can compare the different science and technology original innovation powers between the different districts in china.
