摘要
数模研究结果表明,三采区块聚驱后,地层中仍残留有大量聚合物。通过室内试验,考察了不同类型聚合物再利用剂的悬浮性,优化选择了YG340-1作为再利用剂,同时考察了聚合物再利用剂YG340-1的封堵性能、注入时机及用量。试验结果表明,YG340-1聚合物再利用剂可与岩芯中残留聚合物絮凝,具有较好的调剖封堵效果,且聚驱后注入YG340-1越早越好,现场施工中,YG340-1含量以3%-5%为宜。
The result of numerical simulation research showed that there was a mass of polymers in 3th mine block after polymer flooding. The floatability of various flooding polymer reusing agents was evaluated in laboratory. YG340 - 1 was optimal reusing agent. Its plugging effect, inpouring time and inpouring amount were researched . The results indicated that YG340 - 1 could flocculate with the polymer remained in core and had good plugging effect. The suitable YG340 - 1 concentration was 3 % - 5 % in field application.
