摘要
综述了1,3-丙二醇生产工艺的研究进展。重点分析了以丙烯醛和环氧乙烷为主要原料的两种化学合成工艺的技术特征,并与以葡萄糖和甘油为原料、生物法生产1,3-丙二醇的生产工艺进行了对比。提出1,3-丙二醇生产工艺的改进方向在于进一步提高技术指标,降低生产成本,使得下游PTT聚酯与PET、PBT和PA66相比较更具有竞争优势,这是1,3-丙二醇形成规模化生产的关键。最后对1,3-丙二醇生产现状及其今后的发展进行了简单介绍。
The research progress on the production technique for 1,3-propanediol is reviewed. The technical character of two kinds of chemical synthesis process from ethylene oxide and acrolein as raw material to produce 1,3-propanediol as well as compared with the production process which using glycerol and glucose biological produce 1,3-propanediol is analyzed. It is proposed that in order to improve the production process for 1,3-propanediol, it should further enhance the technique level, decrease the production cost and make PTT has competitive advantage compared with PET, PBT, and PA66, which is the key to produce 1,3-propanediol at large scale. In the end, the production status of nowadays and its development trend in the future is simply introduced.
