摘要
阐述了西部少数民族地区高校图书馆自建数据库建设的发展必须突出地方特色 ,在服务于西部地区发展需要的同时 ,从中汲取营养 ,充实和发展自己。这既是西部地区高校图书馆自身发展的需要 ,也是西部大开发战略对高校图书信息资源建设提出的具体要求。
The article discusses the developing direction of the database set up by oneself in the western minority areas, that means to highlight regional characters, and to take nourishment in order to develop oneself while the library serves the construction of the western regions. This is the needs of the development of the western college library and the demands of the development of the western regions as well.
