摘要
锌是重要的抗氧化剂和膜稳定剂,锌缺乏主要通过以下四个信号传导过程而影响内皮细胞的功能,即p53基因的调节、核因子κB的激活、半胱天冬氨酸酶的激活以及NO的信号传导作用。本文就缺锌在动脉粥样硬化形成中的作用作一综述。
The development of atherosclerosis is influenced by genetic,lifestyle and nutritional factor.The injury of vascular endothelial cell integrity and the inflammatory response mediated by the activation of monocyte play important roles in the development of atherosclrosis.Zinc is an important antioxidant and membrance-stabilizing substance,which play an important role in maintaining the structure and function of endothelial cell.Zinc deficiency affects the function of endothelial cell by four signaling processes:the regula-tion of P53gene,the activation of NF-kappaB,the activation of caspase enzymes and the signaling of NO.
