摘要
本文运用电子显微镜等研究了铍的微量合金化对00Cr12Ni9Ca2TiNb马氏体时效不锈钢组织和性能的影响。实验结果表明:微量佊的加入细化钢的组织,改变马氏体精细结构,并使钢中出现新的时效强化相NiBe。00Cr12Ni9Cu2TiNbBe钢是一种综合机械性能优良的新型马氏体时效不锈钢。
This paper studies the effect of microalloying with Be on the microstructure, crystal structure and properties of maraging stainless st- eel 00Cr12NigCu2TiNb by means of Electron Microscope and other physi- cal metallurgical instruments. The addition of microalloying element Be shows that the substructure of martensite can be changed, a new aging strengthening precipitate NiBe is formed and steel 00Cr12Ni9Cu2TiNbBe is a new maraging stainless steel possessed of the superior synthetic mecha- nical properties.
